Privacy Policy for LittyFlip

This Privacy Policy explains how Chuangyuan Huaqi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use LittyFlip: Party Games for Two ("LittyFlip" or the "App").

Your recordings stay on your device. LittyFlip records, reverses, compares, and saves audio locally on your device. On iOS and Android, it can also create challenge videos locally. We do not upload your recordings or locally created challenge videos to our servers. Content leaves the App only when you choose to export or share it.

LittyFlip does not require an account. Depending on your privacy choices, device settings, and region, the App and its service providers may collect:

2. Google Mobile Ads

The free version of LittyFlip uses Google Mobile Ads to display app-open, banner, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance information to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertisements, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

Where required, LittyFlip presents Google's consent choices before requesting ads. You can revisit applicable ad privacy choices from the App's settings. Google's processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. TikTok Business SDK

The iOS version of LittyFlip uses the TikTok Business SDK for app analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement. The SDK may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app lifecycle events, product interactions, and purchase or subscription events. This information helps us understand whether a marketing campaign led to an install or subscription and measure the performance of campaigns promoting LittyFlip. The Android version does not currently include this SDK.

TikTok's processing is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising Identifier and App Tracking Transparency

On supported iOS versions, LittyFlip asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA or allowing tracking that requires permission. You may decline this request. Declining ATT does not prevent you from using LittyFlip, although campaign attribution may be less complete.

We do not attempt to bypass your ATT choice by using another identifier to track you.

5. LittyFlip Plus

The free version of LittyFlip displays advertisements. LittyFlip Plus removes ads and provides subscription features such as unlimited local recording history. We process information necessary to verify and provide the subscription. Limited analytics, attribution, purchase-event, crash, and performance data may continue to be processed by Apple, Google Play, or integrated providers, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.

6. How to Manage or Withdraw Your Choices

Changing or withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the change.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Audio recordings, reversed audio, scores, history, and generated challenge videos are stored locally. The free version keeps up to 10 recordings and automatically removes the oldest local entries as new ones are saved. Other local content remains until you delete it in the App, remove exported files from your device, or uninstall LittyFlip.

We retain information we control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, measure performance, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention periods for data processed independently by Google, TikTok, and Apple are governed by their respective policies and legal requirements.

Because LittyFlip does not require an account and does not upload your recordings to our servers, we generally cannot identify or remotely delete local recordings for you. To ask about other information we may control, contact us at the address below. We may need limited information to locate and verify the relevant records.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share the categories described above with Google, TikTok, Apple, and service providers that help provide advertisements, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, security, diagnostics, and app functionality. We do not sell your voice recordings or locally created challenge content.

9. Children

LittyFlip is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

10. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LittyFlip changes. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the App Store listing.
