Privacy Policy for LittyFlip

This Privacy Policy explains how Chuangyuan Huaqi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use LittyFlip: Party Games for Two ("LittyFlip" or the "App").

1. Information We and Our Partners May Collect

LittyFlip does not require an account. Depending on your privacy choices, device settings, region, and whether you use the free or Plus experience, the App and its service providers may collect:

• Device and advertising identifiers: such as the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), when permitted, and other app- or device-scoped identifiers.
• Approximate location: a general location inferred from an IP address. LittyFlip does not request precise GPS location for advertising.
• Product interaction and analytics data: such as app launches, screens or features used, button interactions, game or challenge events, ad views, and subscription or purchase events.
• Advertising data: such as ads requested, shown, completed, skipped, or interacted with.
• Purchase history: subscription status and purchase events needed to unlock LittyFlip Plus and measure subscription performance. Payment information is processed by Apple, and we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Diagnostics and performance data: such as crash information, app launch time, responsiveness, network errors, and SDK performance.

2. Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform

The free version of LittyFlip uses Google AdMob to provide app-open, banner, and rewarded advertisements. Google's User Messaging Platform may display a consent message and store your advertising privacy choices where required.

Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, product interactions, advertising data, diagnostics, and performance data to:

• request, deliver, limit, and personalize advertisements where permitted;
• measure ad impressions, completions, engagement, and advertising effectiveness;
• detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• maintain and improve advertising services.

3. TikTok Business SDK

LittyFlip uses the TikTok Business SDK for app analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement. The SDK may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, app lifecycle events, product interactions, and purchase or subscription events. This information helps us understand whether a marketing campaign led to an install or subscription and measure the performance of campaigns promoting LittyFlip.

TikTok's processing is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising Identifier and App Tracking Transparency

On supported iOS versions, LittyFlip asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA or allowing tracking that requires permission. You may decline this request. Declining ATT does not prevent you from using LittyFlip, although ads may be less relevant and some advertising measurement may be limited.

We do not attempt to bypass your ATT choice by using another identifier to track you.

5. LittyFlip Plus

Active LittyFlip Plus subscribers are not shown app-open, banner, or rewarded advertisements in the App. We still process information necessary to verify and provide the subscription. Limited analytics, attribution, purchase-event, crash, and performance data may continue to be processed by Apple or integrated analytics providers, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.

6. How to Manage or Withdraw Your Choices

• Apple tracking permission: open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, then change the setting for LittyFlip.
• Google advertising consent: where required, use "Manage Ad Privacy" in LittyFlip's subscription or privacy options screen to reopen Google's privacy choices.
• Apple personalized ads: open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
• Subscriptions: open iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions to manage or cancel LittyFlip Plus.
• Local recordings and history: delete individual content in the App, clear the current session, or delete the App to remove locally stored LittyFlip content.

Changing or withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the change.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Audio recordings, reversed audio, scores, history, and generated challenge videos are stored locally and remain until you delete them in the App, remove exported files from your device, or uninstall LittyFlip.

We retain information we control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, measure performance, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Retention periods for data processed independently by Google, TikTok, and Apple are governed by their respective policies and legal requirements.

Because LittyFlip does not require an account and does not upload your recordings to our servers, we generally cannot identify or remotely delete local recordings for you. To ask about other information we may control, contact us at the address below. We may need limited information to locate and verify the relevant records.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share the categories described above with Google, TikTok, Apple, and service providers that help deliver advertising, subscriptions, analytics, attribution, security, diagnostics, and app functionality. We do not sell your voice recordings or locally created challenge content.

9. Children

LittyFlip is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

10. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as LittyFlip changes. We will publish the revised policy at this URL and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the App Store listing.
